The AI Coach feature in the Service operates based on the following design guidelines (prompts). These are specifications of this feature and differ from typical conversational AI or human counseling. Please understand this.

AI information is automatically generated by artificial intelligence. The Operator makes no warranty regarding its accuracy, appropriateness, safety, or usefulness.

The Operator bears no responsibility for any physical, mental, or economic harm to users or third parties resulting from AI information use, regardless of cause.

Users determine goals, actions, and reward contents set within the Service at their own judgment and responsibility.

The Service is not a medical institution and its features are not intended for treatment, diagnosis, or counseling.

The Operator bears no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or health issues arising from Service use.

The Service is intended for use by persons 13 years and older. Users under 13 must obtain explicit consent from parents or legal guardians and use the Service under their active supervision. Users under 18 can only follow verified offline acquaintances through an application and approval process.

When parents use the Service to manage their children, they are responsible for appropriate supervision and safety.

Points in the Service are virtual numerical values and cannot be exchanged for real currency, electronic money, or prizes.

The Operator may delete or modify data without notice due to system maintenance or operational decisions.

All communication costs and expenses related to user-set "rewards" are borne by the user.

The Operator may restrict or suspend the User's use of the Service without prior notice if the Operator determines that the User falls under any of the following:

The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time for operational reasons.

When the Operator terminates the Service, the Operator will make efforts to notify Users in advance through the Service or other means, but this does not apply in emergency situations. Even if Users suffer damages due to the termination of the Service, the Operator bears no responsibility.

The Operator bears no responsibility for damages to users arising from the Service.

The Operator's liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the user to the Operator in the past month (0 for free users).

Users exercise their own judgment and discretion when acting on AI-generated suggestions. We bear no responsibility for any results arising from the use of such AI-generated content.

The Operator will appropriately handle users' personal information and device identification information in accordance with the separately defined "Privacy Policy".

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

In case of disputes, the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The original text of these Terms is in Japanese. In case of conflicts between the Japanese and translated versions, the Japanese version prevails.
