My Rules operator (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided through this application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

The Service collects and uses user input information (affirmations, journals, chat), device identifiers (advertising IDs), and usage logs for service provision, analysis, and ad optimization.
User Input Information: Used for AI response generation and display within the app.
Advertising ID (GAID): Used for identification, fraud prevention, and ad optimization.
Section 2 (AI and Non-Learning Policy)
The Service uses third-party APIs (such as OpenAI) to provide AI features.
These APIs are configured so that transmitted data (journal entries, chat) are not used for training AI models. Your personal data will not be used to improve the AI knowledge base.
Users should not input highly confidential personal information. The Operator bears no responsibility for damages resulting from such input.
Section 3 (External Modules)
The Service uses Firebase/Google Analytics and Google AdMob. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
Section 4 (Disclaimer)
The Operator strives to protect data but does not guarantee complete security.
The Operator bears no responsibility for damages arising from cyberattacks, server failures, or other force majeure events.
Section 5 (Privacy of Minors)
If a minor uses the Service and inputs information, parental consent must be obtained.
When a parent allows their child to use the Service for educational purposes, the information is entered under the parent's management responsibility, and the Operator handles information input by the child in accordance with this Policy.
Section 6 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Operator will not disclose users' personal information to third parties without their consent, except as required by law. However, the Operator may commission data processing to server management companies, AI providers, and other service providers as necessary for the operation of the Service.
Section 7 (Policy Changes)
The Operator may change this Policy as necessary. The changed Policy becomes effective when displayed in the Service, and users who continue to use the Service are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
